1. Who we are

This website, aurvenashop.com/ (the "Site"), is operated by MDOG Products LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, with its principal office at 2779 S Church St PMB 133, Burlington, NC 27215.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MDOG Products LLC. “You” refers to the person using the Site or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. Before completing any order you are asked to confirm your agreement by checking a box. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from this Site. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18.

4. Products and descriptions

Aurvena is a dietary supplement. We work to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and amounts. Product images are representative; packaging may vary.

We do not claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee about the results any particular person will experience.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change at any time before you place an order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after you have been charged, we refund you in full.

Payment is taken at the time you place the order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

6.1 What you are agreeing to

Our subscription is a recurring purchase. When you select it, these terms are disclosed to you before you enter any payment information, and you must affirmatively check the consent box before your order can be completed.

• Amount charged: $29.00 per shipment, shipping included.
• Frequency: every 30 days from the date of your first order.
• Duration: the subscription continues until you cancel. There is no minimum number of shipments and no commitment period.
• Price protection: if we raise the price of a subscription, your existing rate does not change unless you agree to a new one in writing.

6.2 Renewal reminders

We send an email reminder to the address on your account 3 days before each renewal charge. That email states the amount, the date of the charge, and includes a one-click link to skip the shipment or cancel.

6.3 How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, by any of these methods:

• The one-click cancellation link in any order or reminder email;
• Your account page on the Site;
• Email to support@aurvenashop.com;
• Phone at (801) 946-7564, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET.

Cancellation takes effect immediately. There is no cancellation fee. We will not require you to call in order to cancel something you started online, and we will not route you through a retention process before honoring your request.

If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged, see our Refund Policy — that shipment is still covered by the 30-day guarantee.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Shipping is free on all orders, including subscription renewals.

8. Refunds and the 30-day guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a refund. Full details, including how to request one, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The 30-day period stated here is the same period stated everywhere else on this Site. If you ever find a different number anywhere on our Site or in our advertising, the 30-day period in this section governs, and please tell us so we can correct it.

9. Health disclaimer

Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication — including diuretics, blood thinners, lithium or blood pressure medication.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to resell our products without our written permission, or to submit false information.

11. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, photographs and the Aurvena name and logo — are owned by MDOG Products LLC or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our products. You keep ownership of what you send.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; they do not retroactively change the terms of an order you have already placed.

If we make a material change to subscription billing terms, we will notify active subscribers by email before it takes effect.
