1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

• Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Account information: if you create an account or subscription, your login and subscription status.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email, phone or the contact form.
• Marketing preferences: if you subscribe to emails.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 6.

2.3 What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want health records, diagnoses, or medical history. Please do not send us that information. Anything you volunteer in a support message is kept confidential and used only to answer you.

We do, however, use advertising technologies from Google, Meta and TikTok, described in section 6. Under some US state privacy laws — including California’s — the use of those advertising cookies may be treated as a “sale” or as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. We would rather say this plainly than hide behind a technicality.

You can opt out at any time using any of the methods in section 6.3, or by emailing support@aurvenashop.com. Opting out will not affect your order, your subscription or your right to a refund.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do their job for us, under contract, and only for that purpose:

• Payment processing — to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
• Shipping carriers and fulfillment — to deliver your order.
• Email and helpdesk providers — to send order emails and answer support requests.
• Website hosting and analytics — to run and maintain the Site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we would notify you first.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences, to understand how the Site is used, and to measure and target our advertising.

6.2 What these tools receive

These technologies may receive your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view on our Site, and whether you completed a purchase. Google, Meta and TikTok process that information under their own privacy policies, as independent controllers of the data they collect.

6.3 How to opt out

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, including the cart, will not work correctly if you block all cookies.
• Adjust your ad settings directly with Google, Meta and TikTok from within your account on each platform.
• Email support@aurvenashop.com and ask us to stop sharing your information for advertising. We will action it and confirm by email.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you;
• Receive a copy of it;
• Correct information that is wrong;
• Ask us to delete it;
• Opt out of marketing emails;
• Opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising;
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these, email support@aurvenashop.com or call (801) 946-7564. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming details of an order you placed.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. You will still receive transactional emails about orders and subscriptions you have active.

8. How long we keep information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Support messages and marketing data are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or until you ask us to delete them.

9. Security

The Site uses encrypted connections (TLS). Payment card data is handled by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit who can access it.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors

We operate in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from your own.
